2 Yes. There are 30 commercial units at Greys Green Business Centre and all have the benefit of planning permission for B1 (office, light industrial), B8 (storage) or B2 (general industrial) use

 

3 Yes

 

4 The rateable value (RV) is set by the Valuation Office in Reading. South Oxfordshire District Council apply a Multiplier to this RV, to give the amount that the tenant actually pays to SODC. The Multiplier for 2008/09 is 46.2 pence per £RV, so £1,000 RV would be liable to pay £462.

5 Yes. SODC operate the SBRR (Small Business Rate Relief) scheme, whereby qualifying properties can achieve up to 50% relief on their Business Rate. Go to SODC web site for details of the scheme and how to apply for relief.

 

6 All office units have their own toilet facilities.

There is a communal toilet block for the light industrial units, which is professionally serviced.

Toilets can be installed into any unit, by arrangement with the tenant.

7 Professionally maintained CCTV cameras cover the site. Three security are locked at night and no vehicles can then gain access.
