Unit 19

This unit has planning permission for B2 use (general industrial).

It is currently being fitted out as an MOT testing centre and is unlikely to come on the market in the foreseeable future

Silage Barn

All the farm buildings have signs denoting their former uses. Unit 19 is called the Silage Barn, which was its use when we purchased the farm in 1983, but we used it as a covered yard for our dairy cows, who relaxed in clean straw after the hard slog of being milked before taking in vast quantities of concentrates and silage
