Threshing Barn

This lovely barn dates from the seventeenth century. Originally used for threshing corn, it had no windows. The double doors to the north and south sides enabled carts and tractors to drive straight through the building.

Bull Pens

The lower building to the right was used by us to house cows with calves and, for a short time, a rare breed bull for a local survival trust.

It has now been joined up with the Threshing Barn to form one unit, which is currently occupied by a company majoring in promotional items.
